You will need to wear a shirt of some kind under your brace. It is not a good idea to wear ribbed tank tops because they will leave marks all over your skin. I use Jockey camisoles. They have spaghetti straps and are smooth and stretchy. You'll want to get maybe three or four of them to ensure that you always have a clean one to wear, since you can never go without one. You can get them anywhere from Belk to Victoria's Secret!
(You can also wear a regular undershirt, but you'll want to wear something tight, because loose shirts will bunch up under your brace and leave marks on your skin.)
You just put one on and then strap on your brace!
